Is there any plans for a vendor, like Red Hat, to pick up the kdb and lkcd work for inclusion in a 2.4 (or 2.2, although I doubt there will be since the focus appears to be on 2.4 kernels)? Seems like they would fit nicely into a vendor's serviceability/support story, to supplement functionality that is now missing. |
