3S, can practically bailout Occupier and Manager of a factory, from Penal Provisions in “Safety & Environment, Legislations”, invoking of IPC Section 299 on “Culpable homicide”. It is a product of our experience in enforcement and consultation in Safety & Environment of past 4 decades. 3S is capable to demonstrate that all that is reasonable and practicable is being done, as envisaged by Section 7A, of the Factories Act.
Package is already in use with many. One amongst them is Rallis, a Tata Company. It has mandated a “Certificate of Compliance” from “Unit Head for the CEO” based on software (Testimonial attached). This is subsequently presented in the Board Meeting. Other prominent user is Clariant (testimonial attached again)
3S, can track Expiry of Synthetic foam, Snake bite lancet, Masks, cartridges, Medicines, Antidotes, Thermic Fluid, Transformer Oil, and many other similar compliances in Safety Management.
It’s handy for “Internal Check Points” for assessing status of Flanges, Pipe lines, Tanks, Jumpers, Earth Pits, Thermal Surveys, Emergency showers.
It also has a separate module for Tracking the Testing and Examination of certain equipments such as Pressure vessel, Lifting tools & tackles, Centrifuge etc., which is mandatory.
One may not realise but testing of Firefighting devices, Safety Harnesses, Belts, Fall prevention devices, Cartridges, masks, Safety Harnesses, Belts, Fall prevention devices, Emergency showers, Pressure vessel, Lifting tools & tackles etc., is mandatory. 3S is capable to address all of them.
Often neglected but very vital is the Calibration and testing of Leak, sensing devices, Fire sensing devices, Interlocks, Relays, Laboratory instruments, etc. 3S is will not let you down in this also.
It also has a specific feature for planning and Compliances arising out of, Meetings, Audits (ISO, Safety Audits, etc.), Inspections, Mock-drill, etc.
What’s more, 3S will take care of all kinds “Legal Compliances”, in any language, with many time saving features.
It is reported by some of our clients that it is saving anywhere around 300~700 man-days in these activities. So return of money is very fast.
