I wish you would note that this LETTER is not one of those Internet jokes and should be treated with seriousness and utmost importance. I am intimating you with this proposal in my capacity as a Chief Accountant in this organization (ECOWAS) here in Ghana. After scrutinizing all records and the accounts of awarded and executed contracts within this organization during the previous ADMINISARTIVE regime, and since the inception of democracy in ECOWAS SUB-REGION STATES, a whopping sum of US$22M was carefully uncovered and mapped out for transfer into your account in agreement with you as the beneficiary.
This money $22M has been approved for payment by this organization, endorsed by the Accountant General of the Federal Ministry of Finance (FMF) and to be paid by the Apex Bank of ECOWAS under contract number- ECOWAS/OGN/FMF/GCB/B2517/99. It is pertinent to note that only an expatriate body/individual can lay claim to this fund since we are barred from operating foreign accounts as civil servants. Hence a decision to use a viable foreign account in full trust and confidence to transfer this money outside ECOWAS SUB-REGION will become resolved if you can act as the sole beneficiary of the fund. So I desire to accept you as a foreign partner over this sum of US$22M (Twenty Two Million, U S. Dollars Only). It is worthy to note that this deal is 100% risk free and does not require much engagement as all modalities and necessary machinery have been put in place in my full capacity but my only fear is the confidentiality of this deal from your end.
Your compensation will be well negotiated as this deal progress and for more lively information, your reply will be highly appreciated into my e-mail address above with hope that you have understood the confidentiality of this deal and its reality as a dream come through. But if however you are not disposed to assist, kindly destroy this letter, in view of it for the interest of the personalities involved.
