KAIO + sockets

Hi,
 
I'm a student at the Univeristy of Malta and I am working on my final year
project which deals with low overhead communication. I am trying to use
sockets with KAIO 1.3.1 (Linux 2.4.2) and even though I read that it works
with sockets, I'm getting error 29 from aio_error() in the signal handler. I
tried it with ordinary (disk) files and it worked fine.
 
Can you help me please?
