I am presently the Director of Europe Operations Projects and Supervisory
department. My intent of contacting you is based on an offer on ground that
involves the bidding for re-assignment of a 5 year Product Marketing License. I
discovered the issuance of this license to a company that is no longer
operational. The license has been dormant and inactive for long. I am hoping
that you and I could get into a mutual business relationship of which we shall
get this license re-assigned to your company and run the license through its
duration.
This license has a sales capacity of 2 Million barrels of crude oil each month.
The National Petroleum Agency (N.P.A) shall pay us commission on every barrel
of crude oil sold by our license depending on our end buyers.
This license will give us a sales mandate status to the National Petroleum
Agency. Let me put it plainly, we will play the role of sales Rep to the
National Petroleum Agency (N.P.A). I have some end buyers online, and if these
end buyers make purchase, we will make $2,00 from the petroleum agency and also
make $1.00 from the end buyer as mandate. So at the end of every month we sale
2 million barrels, we are sure of 6million dollars every month for five years,
our sharing percentage will be 50:50.
