ERMX Continues To Expand As Stock Climbs Up 16.6%!

EntreMetrix Inc. (ERMX)
$0.21 UP 16.6%

ERMX announced further expansion with K-9 Genetics. Healthy and Premium
dog foods grossed $3.6 Billion in 2006, up from $1.9 billion in previous
years. Read up on ERMX over the holiday, we think you will see even more
fireworks on Thursday morning!

Will you shotgun it across your company, or will you focus it where it
will do the most good? Simply put, blaming blocks learning, and learning
is absolutely necessary in order to improve.

" By replacing one set of policies with another, the performance of the
system is immediately and significantly improved, and without changing
anything else in the system. But I guess it's a "good thing" to be
excited about a flat. We do seek to understand the world around us, and
so we try to explain things as best we can. But I'm also not changing my
views about TOC.

: Comments So, John, in your experience, what do you see as the
resistance to such dashboards?

I avoid jargon, I avoid ceremony, and I avoid coercion. CCPM is one of
several powerful "generic applications" of the Theory of Constraints. "
I'm in a partially-completed tree-building exercise right now and have
seen the dynamics you mentioned.
I can't check this myself, but it strikes me as credible. Putting people
on the defensive makes them unavailable to assist us in searching for
the underlying cause and effect that created the problem in the first
place. working to the same system.

Well, not old but older than that, anyway. But I won't do it anymore.
Families where people do not respect each other inevitably create people
that are damaged in one way or another.

I get back on my bike and finish out the couple miles left to make it
home and get to the infamous dirt road. I have been able to draw on
smart web-pals like Joe Ely, Kelyvn Youngman, Charlie Watts, Ed Schuster
and Jim Bowles.

From our point of view, TOC makes perfect sense.

The dirt road was a bit slick and my back tires went a little sideways
and slid around a bit, but nothing major and I didn't wreck!

But I guess it's a "good thing" to be excited about a flat. Nope, not
gonna do it. It destroys teamwork and creates a culture where people are
more interested in avoiding responsibility than in creating valuable
goods and services.

You're in the San Fernando Valley, aren't you? If possible, I might try
to get the person involved in the work, at a level they will tolerate,
such as helping to scrutinize the work.
There are many things in life whose value is not clear until we have
invested some time and effort in trying to do them. But thinking about
this has helped me to look at what I'm doing on a day to day basis, and
plan some changes that I believe will help me to better serve my
customers and myself.

Computer security, when done well, follows this model. well, I cannot
find ANYTHING.
