This mail is in line with the mail we sent you concerning the payment of the accumulated interest sum of US$2,798,901.02 to you as the end beneficiary.

 

Because of this payment, our management held a meeting this morning in order to find a way to assist you and as we have noted your ugly experiences in the past, we wouldn't want you to undergo such again, hence we have decided that this accumulated interest sum shall be released to you by ATM CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SYSTEM because since the sum is below US$3Million,  it will not be declared invalid and be in "default" situation under the UK Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control regulations because any amount above US$3Million is closely monitored under the Financial Services Commission fund clearance and assessment procedures.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT SYSTEM is fast and easy and the bank will only have to process your card and load your funds directly in the card and despatch it to you within 72hrs of this same payment order.  And since it is an accumulated interest payment, it will not require you to present any clearance documents like Anti-terrorist or money laundering clearance certificates etc as in the case of bank to bank wire.  In addition, this method does not waste time, because once you comply with the issuing procedures for the card, your payment is guaranteed. And the Card Value shall be: US$2,798,901.02 only and you are advised that a maximum withdrawal value of $35,000.00 USD is permitted on withdrawal per day. Be further informed that the bank is duly inter-switched with banks all over the world, you can make withdrawals at any Cash Payment Center of your choice in the world, and upon receiving your response, we shall inform you the bank through which the debit card will be processed, issued and your accumulated interest sum of US$2,798,901.02 loaded on it and dispatched to you for commencement of usage in any card payment centre in any part of the world of your choice. 

 

Once the bank has issued you the ATM Credit card, it shall be despatched to you by registered courier to ensure it is safely delivered to you without anybody tampering with it; hence we have also notified our registered and official COURIER SERVICES for despatch of debit card to you once it has been processed.
