Next Wednesday I'll be demonstrating Jessie to everyone at the Ada
Core Technologies New York office. I'm trying to make the case that
Jessie is for real and it offers a substantial and compelling
advantage over the other options already out there. I'm hoping to get
people excited about pursuing Jessie as an ACT supported solution at
some point in the near future. With that in mind, I'd like to pose the
following questions to the group:
- What are the key Jessie features that you think deserve special
attention? (Panel UI, multiple debug session support, etc.)
- Can you suggest any test cases can I develop to highlight Jessie's
strengths relative to other interfaces. (DDD, for instance.)
- What configurations (jit, Irix vs. Linux, etc.) can I use to show
Jessie in the best light?
- Are there rough edges which I should steer clear of?
- If you've demonstrated Jessie in the past, do you have any general
suggestions or insights I should be aware of?
Anyway - this obviously isn't a complete list, but I hope it gives you
a rough idea where I'm coming from. I'd be very grateful for any
comments or suggestions.
Thanks,
Matt Gingell
