bad undefine in SoGLwDrawA.c

Hi,
I've been having trouble getting a viewer to receive keyboard focus
when it's combined with other motif widgets in a window.  By looking
at LessTif Debug output I found the SoXtGLWidget was not correctly
getting the widgetNavigable funtion pointer from its superclass.
Then I noticed on lines 168-170 of SoGLwDrawA.c __GLX_MOTIF is
undefined:

#ifndef __sgi
#undef __GLX_MOTIF
#endif /* !__sgi */

and this affects the rest of the file.  Commenting this out and
recompiling fixed my problem.  I assume this is not meant to be there
anymore?
