porting OpenInventor to Win32

Hi,

I have started to port the code to Win32.  I have not gotten far on the
translation of the GLX->WGL code since I am still somewhat unsure on the
details in both GLX and WGL.  (I have been recommended a book that should
help me here.)

Here is a mostly compiling (90%) version of the "/inventor/lib/" directory
structure:

Some of it still have to be cleaned up and I don't like some of the choices
I had to make.  If anyone wants to help out please do.
