FAM, dnotify, NFS

Hello,

It seems like using dnotify and FAM's NFS/RPC capabilities together would be
quite efficient. However, it appears that FAM is incapable of using NFS/RPC once
the dnotify patch has been applied. That's what my config testing seems to
suggest and I don't see anything obvious in the dnotify patch that would
integrate with NFS/RPC. Is this the case? Do we currently have to choose one or
the other?
