[fam] Possibly missing include in BTree.h

Greetings,

I just download and compile fam-oss-2.6.4.tar.gz, but
found a compilation error saying that NULL wasn't defined
while compiling include/BTree.h

So I added a #include <stdlib.h> in it and the compilation
works..

Plateform : Debian GNU/Linux (Sid) on Athlon
GCC : gcc 2.95.4
