Hi all
(I hope this is devfs' mailing list)
Whenever I plug my USB external floppy into the computer, it shows up
under
/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/disc
But I would like it to show up under
/dev/floppy/0
How can I change devfs behaviour?
Please CC: me, as I am not subscribed to this list.
PS: this started while trying to use pam_console on the USB floppy: I
managed to tell pam_console that /dev/scsi/*/*/*/*/disc is a floppy, but
this looks like a wrong solution - what if I had a regular SCSI hard disk?
Thanks in advance.
