ok, great to hear - do you have a planned layout (by means of where do they
appear in the devfs), or will the manich schme something like rdisc for
a raw disc (which will probably the easiest for apps (just add an 'r' to the
selected interface).

so since jeremy is already working on this, i guess it would be just overhead
to write a patch by myself.
