The Accelerating Apache Project announces another patch for
Apache/2.0a6.

Patch #8 ports more of the AAP's work from 1.3 to 2.0, this time
optimizing request reading.

Apache developers:  As with all of the AAP's patches, please consider
adopting any or all of this work into a future release of Apache.
