It seems to be designed for static content (which, per definition,
didn't change very often). You can do the "find" once and only add new
stuff as needed (you know when you change something, right?). You also
have to restart the webserver after a change, so you can't allow
customers to use it without notifying you (you didn't have to find
static content yourself, they have to provide a list which should be in
a format which can be processed by a script which does sanity checks and
generates config rules to be included in the config).
