I found that it is easy to apply both mod_ssl and the SGI patches as
long as the SGI patches are applied first.  There are still conflicts
but they are straightforward to resolve.  I, and maybe others on the
Accelerating Apache mailing list, can help you with specific problems
you may encounter.
