Just FYI: I'm running that NVIDIA driver with 2.4.5 + XFS patches, on a second head with a creative TNT card (PCI). It "compiled" and insmod'ed without issue, though I am running XFree 4.1.0 (binary distribution from XFree86) which was compiled on 2.4.4. The 1.0-1251 one was really flakey as a second head and X crashed a lot. Still does, but much less. --jeff
