move xfssyncd code to xfs_sync.c

Move all the xfssyncd code to the new xfs_sync.c file.
This places it closer to the actual code that it interacts
with, rather than just being associated with high level
VFS code.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
