Remove spin.h

remove spinlock init abstraction macro in spin.h, remove the callers,
and  remove the file.  Move no-op spinlock_destroy to xfs_linux.h
Cleanup spinlock locals in xfs_mount.c

  Remove spin.h

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
