Ensure that when we unlock a log item when there is someone waiting
for log space, we give at least one thread a chance to flush
metadata and free more log space.

  Remove #ifdef DEBUG around declaration of chl_buf.  This is
  useful for tracking down problems, so put it there all the time.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
