  Put Steve's linux_bdstrat back in which skips ll_rw_block and
  does I/O's up to 32768 bytes.The current version (512 byte max)
  via ll_rw_block is left in and will be used if MD or LVM are
  configured as modules or compiled in.
  Ran tar, cp, dd (create a file of 500*1024*1024 bytes). With
  ext2, the dd took 2:06 seconds with XFS the dd took 2:10 (on
  an ide drive). The scsi is taking about 30 seconds.

Add copyright and license words consistent with GPL.
Refer to http://fsg.melbourne.sgi.com/reviews/ for details.

There is a slight change in the license terms and conditions words
to go with the copyrights, so most of the files are not getting
new GPL's, just updated versions ... but there are 20-30 more files
here as well.

Create linux_bdstrat as an interface to linux block
device layer

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
