updated to redhat's kernel-2.4.0-0.99.5
except
1) did not take ac9 patch
2) did not get rid of pcmcia stuff because 1.4.2 would be super confused
   -- will do after 1.4.2 is out the door
3) need to fix megaraid, aic7xxx, and e820
4) did not remove ksymoops...where should this go? where did redhat put it?
