cleanup some qa stuff Get rid of update of auto-qa to simplify things. Get rid of KRESTART env variable usage. Add an option stop-state argument to auto-qa so that one can do an interval of the states for auto-qa. This means that we don't need KRESTART anymore and can choose what stages that we are interested in.
