Add comments, diganostics, pass back some errors from funcs.

  When tracking down an error msg from fsstress, I had no idea what
  was going on. So I have added a bunch of comments to the code
  and added some more diagnostics (in verbose mode). Have also passed
  back some failures which weren't directly before.
  Hopefully this will not change the ops which are called for
  a given rand-seed run.

xfs qa changes to get thinks working on irix
fix the FILELEN_MAX instead of having it depend on the pagesize
which can typically be 4 times as large on IRIX.

Allow uid/gid range used in chown to be restricted, make sure we actually
pass gid's into chown (otherwise group quota not tested as much).

xfstests updates - rework build to be like other xfs packages, revive some old fs test tools and reenable xfs extensions, move ltp code into a separate subdir to help keeping in sync with real ltp project (hopefully)
xfstests/src/fsstress.c 1.7 Renamed to xfstests/ltp/fsstress.c

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
