Don't run 167 if killall is not installed

Test 167 will leave runaway fsstress processes around in case killall is
not installed and thus make all following tests fail.  This patch checks
for killall beeing installed and error out otherwise.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
