Make some log recover tests work on other platforms -
don't print out $SCRATCH_MNT. Also test 64K v2 logs.
don't output $SCRATCH_MNT which varies on hosts
don't do failure mkfs/mount cases which are already tested elsewhere

Try to simplify log QA with mnt and mkfs options.
Add new test 086 for log replay with v2 logs.
Need to write more tests with varying metadata ops.
