Add xfsdump support for the security extended attributes namespace. Execute security attribute tests if $USE_ATTR_SECURE environment variable is set to "yes" (security attribute tests disabled by default - "no").

tests out getfattr/setfattr with XFS - different namespaces, different inode types, different directory descent options, backup/restore - the works. fairly comprehensive - based on Andreas' tests for ext2, but extended to do a few more things.
