Update xfsprogs so that the libdisk/md.c code sets stripe width using number
of raid-disks and doesn't include spare disks.
Make xfsprogs get its __u32 & friends types from <asm/types.h> if it exists.

Extend get_subvol_wrapper with another parameter which tells whether or not to align sectors/blocks for this device.  Use it in mkfs for RAID4/5/6.

xfsprogs update - Andi's mkfs log size default change and enabling large
sector support being the two big ticket items, several other small fixes
too.
no longer warns on devices with the clean flag not set.

move a bunch of code around so that driver specfic code is encapsulated
in libdisk, install more headers for others to consume (disk headers).

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
