Add xfs_io into xfsprogs, an xfs_db-alike program for the XFS IO path which knows about direct IO, space preallocation, realtime files, etc which the usual tools like dd don't unfortunately. This is a fixed-up version of a hacked tool that I found useful for coding, debugging and testing unwritten extents; hopefully it'll be useful for realtime too.

I noticed that my programs were not linking with the shared libs. Apparently if you say something like (from the dmapi tests stuff): gcc -g -O2 -o dm_handle dm_handle.o libdmtest.a -ldm -lhandle it will link with whatever it finds in /usr/lib. If there are no shared libs there then it'll link with the static libs. When I add a symlink to make libdm.so and libhandle.so appear in /usr/lib then I am able to link to the shared libs. No Message Supplied

move to -O1 by default, so that arch-specific code changes for IN_GET and friends will always work. some gcc versions miscompile xfs_db at -O2 so we cannot go there (xfs_check fails immediately as test case).
