Add Robert Stickel from Connex for contribution
to ACL porting. Most likely be adding Danny Cox when
get the go-ahead from him.

	This is a credits-file of people that have contributed to
	the Linux/XFS project.  It is sorted by name and formatted
	to allow easy grepping and beautification by scripts (i.e.
	it follows the same format Linus has used in the kernel).
	The fields are: name (N), email (E), web-address (W), PGP
	key ID and fingerprint (P), description (D), and snail-mail
	address (S).
