xfsprogs update - added code for manipulating additional inode flags, fix up
some logprint bugs (minor), allow growfs to work on device/path now.
Add Ethan Bensons details.

	This is a credits-file of people that have contributed to
	the Linux/XFS project.  It is sorted by name and formatted
	to allow easy grepping and beautification by scripts (i.e.
	it follows the same format Linus has used in the kernel).
	The fields are: name (N), email (E), web-address (W), PGP
	key ID and fingerprint (P), description (D), and snail-mail
	address (S).
