Fix includes to not be relative to paths provided by -I directives, for
the xfsprogs and xfsdump builds.  At this stage still provide these gcc
options in the build but later that can be removed too now that headers
are clean.

This mod fixes the bug reported in PV 873931 (xfsdump -I ignores
the fsid parameter requested by the user).  When xfsdump was ported
from IRIX to Linux, the fsid assignment got left out of the OPT_FSID
section in inventory/inv_api.c.
Set fsid when -I option (case OPT_FSID) is specified by user.

cmd/xfs/dump/inventory/inv_api.c 1.11 Renamed to cmd/xfsdump/inventory/inv_api.c

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
