Since commonPackageP.properties and fsPackageP.properties have been
rolled back into PackageP.properties, we're now generating
PackageP.properties and PackageP_en_us.dude.properties instead of
fsPackageP.properties and fsPackageP_en_us.dude.properties in
AC_OUTPUT.

Rolled version number back to 0.8 because the failsafe guys want
to use an older number now, so that when they release a better
version later it can be "version 1.0!" ...

first introduction
