Doing some cleanup and adding the pfgtk example and the python wrapper for
Performer (pyper).

This software is distributed with a OpenGL PerformerTM Sample Code License.
Basically, it resembles somewhat an Open Source license, but it has the restriction
that it can only be used in conjunction with OpenGL|Performer from SGI.

This source code ("Source Code") was originally derived from a code base owned by Silicon
Graphics, Inc. ("SGI")
