I've applied most of the patch that Urban Widmark <urban@teststation.com>
contributed.  It turns on the "all warnings" compiler options and fixes a lot
of the warnings.

Adding a tools directory for programs that aren't test cases, but are used
to help run test cases.  The first addition is rand_lines which randomizes
the lines of a text file.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
