kdev_t changes to sync up the 2.4 code base with the 2.5 code (incl.
use of the kdev compat macros, removed pb_dev from page_buf_t, made
XFS_BUF_TARGET use match up with current 2.5, removed unused q_dev
field from xfs_dquot).
