make btree tracing generic

Make the existing bmap btree tracing generic so that it applies to all
btree types.

Some fragments lifted from a patch by Dave Chinner.

This adds two files that were missed from the previous btree tracing
checkin.

  make btree tracing generic

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
