	*   - merged kdb-v4.4-2.6.23-i386-1 and kdb-v4.4-2.6.23-x86_64-1

	*   - Fields "done", "sglist_len", and "pid" are removed from
	*     struct scsi_cmnd. Thus, these fields are no longer displayed
	*     on "sc" command.
