kill struct xfs_mount_args No need to parse the mount option into a structure before applying it to struct xfs_mount. The content of xfs_start_flags gets merged into xfs_parseargs. Calls inbetween don't care and can use mount members instead of the args struct. This patch uncovered that the mount option for shared filesystems wasn't ever exposed on Linux. The code to handle it is #if 0'ed in this patch pending a decision on this feature. I'll send a writeup about it to the list soon. kill the vfs_flags member in struct bhv_vfs All flags are added to xfs_mount's m_flag instead. Note that the 32bit inode flag was duplicated in both of them, but only cleared in the mount when it was not nessecary due to the filesystem beeing small enough. Two flags are still required here - one to indicate the mount option setting, and one to indicate if it applies or not. Need to be able to reset sb_qflags if not mounting with quotas having previously mounted with quotas. Merge of xfs-linux-melb:xfs-kern:23388a by kenmcd. Add xfs_mount_reset_sbqflags from xfs_qm_bhv.c since we need it for the non-quota case and will use it here. Add a quota stub function for xfs_qminit called xfs_noquota_init() which does the qflags resetting if necessary.

Rework the way xfs includes xfs_<blah>.h headers. This reduces a lot of the compile dependenciesÂ, and should reduce some of the "recompile all" situations.

Separate the quota source into its own subdirectory ala dmapi. Next step in bhv code cleanup - this is a start on moving quota and dmapi into behavior layers, purging several points where these sit slap bang in the middle of XFS code (esp. read_super). Also removes numerous #ifdef's and a bunch of unused #define's from all over the place. More to come.
