Add "after a minute" so users don't sit there
waiting forever for the shield button to show up
on the applet page.

<P>This page uses Java Plug-in.  If you do not see a shield icon to
the right of the FailSafe Manager bullet item after a minute, you can
follow the <A
HREF="http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/download/all.html">instructions
to download Java Plug-in</A> (recommended).  After downloading and
installing Java Plug-in, you may need to close all open browser
windows and restart the browser.</P>

<P>A <A HREF="noplugin.shtml">no Plug-in</A> version of this page is
also available.  This uses your browser's Java runtime environment,
which may not have the latest Java capabilities and features that the
GUI uses.</P>
