Bugzilla #47, merging assorted patches from Andreas Pisek:
- cmond didn't show all options
- Fix to apache stop script - if we didn't kill the process, we ought to
  fail.
- The output from 'arp -d' is irrelevant and should be discarded in the
  IPaddress stop script.
- Removing a stray semicolon from
  FailSafe-mgr/packages/com/sgi/fsmgr/help/Makefile.am
- Added flushb.c to the filesystem resource, as this tool isn't available on
all distributions (only SuSE appears to ship it by default)

While committing, I also noticed some files in the CVS repository which
shouldn't be there, mainly Makefiles which are automatically generated. I have
removed these too.
