(Finally) checking in old change for building FailSafe.  DO NOT CHECK
THIS MOD INTO IRIX, as it hard-codes FSCXfs, which apparently is some
flag which tells it to build failsafe instead of cxfs on IRIX.

Category for resource groups.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
