Changes for version 0.9.1:

    Turned off TaskManager menu bar.  (dlu)

    Changed sysadm_base dependency from 1.3 to 1.3.6 in
    build/rpm/rpm.spec.in, as 1.3.6 has bug fixes we depend on.  (rusty)

    Added partial support for loading resource type properties from the
    server.  See README.plugins for the list of Tasks & ItemViews which
    still need to be updated.  (rusty)

    Moved en_US.dude files into sysadm_failsafe-client & -server instead of
    having them in their own packages, as no one else seems to do that.
