Last modified: 2003-05-08 10:33:35 CDT
If this is a userspace bug, what version of the package are you using: XFS 1.2
What kernel are you using: 2.4.19
Where did the XFS code come from? (CVS, Linus, your distribution, etc): SGI
Description of Problem:
Unmounting at shutdown failed. Didn't happen in version 1.1.
How Reproducible: not really reproducible. don't know what cause the unmount to
Steps to Reproduce:
Have this one too...
I use CVS from January 10.
But I had it earlier, too.
As I have several XFS partitions I have to check if it is all the time one of
them or it is by chance.
I have putted some echos in "halt" script to get it, but from this time it
occured only once, so I have to wait to have reproducible results.
let me know if you capture some results as to what cause umounting fail.
machine just hung there when umounting. ctr+alt+del does not work.
This appears to be the same problem as 230
