PE WPC Profile Extrusion Mould

Hello Project Manager, 

In order to save your extrusion mold cost, would you like to outsoure it to us with details as following? 

1, This kind of mold is used for making PVC wondowswill profiles. It consists of die head, calibrator and watertank. 

Mould material: S136H, hardness: 32-36HRC with fine polishing surface. 

2, Length of wondow still board mould: 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm and so on. The window sill can be PVC only or PVC with color extrusion. 

3, Die head:  shaping the moving melt plastic with high  temperature. 

Calibrator:  cooling the plastic extruded product from the die head with water cooling and vacuum forming.

Water tank:  cooling the plastic extruded product again with pure water and to shape the extuded product perfectly again with tankplates.
