The only thing remaining in xfs_inode.[ch] are the operations that
read, write or verify physical inodes in their underlying buffers.
Move all this code to xfs_inode_buf.[ch] and so we can stop sharing

missing commit cca9f93a in xfs_inode_buf.c

This resync series will have to be fixed and reposted. I will look at the remaining patches and mention anything new errors if I can separate them from the old errors.
