[PATCH] xfsprogs: add .ltdep to .gitignore

Make git ignore all .ltdep files which are created as part of the build
process.

~/xfsprogs # find | grep ltdep
./libxcmd/.ltdep
./libxfs/.ltdep
./libhandle/.ltdep
./libdisk/.ltdep
./libxlog/.ltdep
