[PATCH, needs new owner] Create w/ EA and Parent Pointers

This patch series contains the remainder of the Create with Extended Attribute
work, that hasn't made it into mainline yet, and the Parent Pointer work.

These patches were prepared by Niv Sardi with help from Tim Shimmin, Christoph
Hellwig and others and should be close to complete.  The series has been updated
to build cleanly against the current XFS git tree.
