Not sure offhand, and I don't have any experience with xfs on crypto block devices...

For starters, how about xfs_db -r /dev/loop2, then:

xfs_db> sb 0
xfs_db> p
xfs_db> sb 1
xfs_db> p
...

etc, to see how the various superblocks differ & why repair doesn't think they match (note, there will normally be some variation in a few fields, as not all superblocks are fully filled out at mkfs time... )
